课程内容简介：

本课程是会计专业硕士研究生的一门学位课。本课程通过对企业并购、企业价值评估、企业资本结构优化、项目投融资决策、企业集团财务管控、非营利组织财务管理等方面的知识进行全面系统的介绍，使学生了解并掌握财务管理的基本理论框架以及当前理论研究和财务管理实务中的前沿与热点，同时，引导学生正确认知、理解并执行国家财会、税收、金融法律法规以及经济建设的各项方针政策。通过具体案例分析与实务讲座，使学生能够做到理论联系实际，运用所学知识对实务中的问题提出完善的对策或建议，训练学生的团队合作、协调沟通以及自主学习、创新思考、解决实际问题的能力。

This course is a lesson is a graduate of a degree in accounting. This course based on the existing within the territory of our country's financial management related theory of financial management and enterprise value assessment, enterprise mergers and acquisitions, corporate capital structure optimization, etc, to conduct a comprehensive system, make the students understand and master the basic concept in the field of financial management, basic principles and basic operation rules, understand and implement the national accounting, taxation, financial laws and regulations, and various policies and policies of economic construction,analysis and review of the main problems existing in the field and improve the countermeasures or Suggestions are proposed according to knowledge, trains the student to handle and solve the problem of financial management of basic ability, can become enterprise to solve specific problems, create value for enterprises of applied talents.
