课程内容简介：

中文简介:本课程讲授管理会计的理论与实务问题。具体涉及管理会计理论框架、作业成本法与作业成本管理、战略成本管理、全面预算管理、经济增加值、平衡计分卡、业绩评价与激励机制等专题。

英文简介:This course teaches theoretical and practical issues of management accounting. Specific topics include the theoretical framework of management accounting, activity-based costing and activity-based cost management, strategic cost management, comprehensive budget management, economic added value, balanced scorecard, performance evaluation and incentive mechanism, etc.
