本课程较全面、系统地介绍风险管理与工程保险的基本理论和方法，并能够运用这些理论、方法解决集团公司的风险管控问题，以及风险管理前沿热点问题。通过本课程的学习，使研究生掌握风险管理的相关理论及专业知识，具备较强的风险识别、管理、控制能力；掌握大型集团公司的风险管理问题，具备解决集团公司复杂风险的能力。

英文简介

This course comprehensively and systematically introduces the basic theories and methods of risk management and engineering insurance, and can use these theories and methods to solve the risk management and control problems of group companies, as well as the frontier hot issues of risk management. Through the study of this course, graduate students can master the relevant theories and professional knowledge of risk management, have strong ability of risk identification, management and control; master the risk management problems of large group companies, and have the ability to solve the complex risks of group companies.
