商法是指调整商事法律关系的法律规范的总称。在现代市场经济国家，商法是最基本、最重要的法律部门之一，是维系市场经济秩序的主要法律手段。自1993年以来，商事法律法规逐渐发展起来。商事立法的高度发展，已经远远突破了传统经济法和民法的法律体系范围，它向法学理论研究和法学教育提出了新的课题。通过这门课程的学习，要求学生系统准确地掌握商法的相关理论、原则及各项法律制度，并能运用所学的理论去正确分析和解决商事纠纷，把学生培养成为既有法学素养又具备实践能力的高素质法学人才。

Commercial law refers to the general name of the legal norms regulating commercial legal relations. In modern market economy countries, commercial law is one of the most basic and important legal departments and the main legal means to maintain the order of market economy. Since 1993, commercial laws and regulations have gradually developed. With the development of commercial legislation, it has broken through the legal system of traditional economic law and civil law. Through the study of this course, students are required to master the relevant theories, principles and legal systems of commercial law systematically and accurately, and can use the theory they have learned to correctly analyze and solve commercial disputes, and train students to become high-quality legal talents with both legal literacy and practical ability.
